When designing this piece we wanted it to be unique to 416. We asked ourselves, what can we do to make it standout? That's when we chose to incorporate raglan sleeves into the design. Seldomly used by Roots on their Awards Jacket, raglan sleeves provide a cleaner, unique more stylish rich look.
